Delly hasn't played since last season but has made strides to return by featuring in on-court workouts. The gritty point guard will be a welcomed addition for Cleveland as they've been hit by the injury bug at the guard position this season. However, when he does return, Delly's appeal will mainly come in deeper leagues and he'll have to shake off rust after being away from the game for months.
