Beasley joined the Nets recently after many of the Brooklyn players decided to opt out of the restart. Beasley’s positive test may have been the reason the team decided to sign F Lance Thomas as a substitute. Beasley’s playing status at this time is up in the air. Once again, Jarrett Allen will see all the minutes he can handle as one of the only true big men on the Nets roster.
