The signing comes just minutes after the Cavaliers converted F Dean Wade’s contract into a multi-year deal. Cleveland is solidifying their young roster ahead of the transaction window closing tomorrow night. Bell last played for the Memphis Grizzlies and Minnesota Timberwolves during the 2019-20 season after spending two seasons in Golden State.
