Pau Gasol: return to the Lakers or Spain 'would be attractive'

"Keeping my options open but going back to the Los Angeles Lakers would be an “attractive” option, as would be returning to a club like Barcelona in Spain," said Gasol. His decision on his future will be made in September or October. There has been no discussions of the Lakers being interested in Gasol, but the 39-year-old will weigh out his options this fall. Gasol hasn't played an NBA contest since March of 2019. He is currently rehabbing from a left foot injury and stated that he's "feeling food." Gasol averaged 3.9 points, 4.6 rebounds, 1.7 assists and 0.5 blocks across 30 games for the Bucks/Spurs in 2019.
