Fantasy Impact:
Perry's decision to go pro comes as no surprise as he racked up a few prestigious awards this season, including SEC All-Freshman Team (2019), First-team All-SEC (2020), and SEC Co-Player of the Year. Perry averaged a double-double in his sophomore year at Mississippi State, scoring 17.4 points along with 10.1 rebounds, 2.3 assists, and 1.2 blocks across 31 games this season. He is ranked #49 on ESPN's top 100 prospect list so there is a good chance he can creep into the first-round for any team looking for an athletic rim protector with upside as a playmaker and mid-range threat. Fantasy owners may want to pay attention to where he lands as he's drawn comparisons to a poor man's Bam Adebayo.
