Carter continues to amass minutes while the Hawks battle through injuries. With the Hawks unlikely to make the playoffs this season, Carter will continue to be a mentor to this developing core of young players. Even with an increase in minutes, Carter has not been producing enough to be worthy of a roster spot on your fantasy team.
