Jordan McRae shoots well in his debut with Detroit
by CD Hill | Thu, Mar 5th 10:54am EST
In a 114-107 loss to the Thunder on Wednesday, Jordan McRae had 15 points (5-11 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 3-5 FT), three assists, two rebounds, and two turnovers in 26 minutes.
Fantasy Impact:
McRae contributed in a big way for the Pistons in this one filling in minutes for the injured Derrick Rose (ankle), Bruce Brown (knee), and Luke Kennard. While Brown might return within the next week, Kennard is expected to miss at least another week and Rose may be out a bit longer than that, so McRae's fantasy value is sure to be short-lived and he's a much safer deep league play than standard one right now. It's better to avoid using him in the latter if you can.
