Fantasy Impact:
The Phoenix Suns were hoping to claim McRae off waivers after his buyout with Denver, however it is Detroit who was able to claim him as they have a worse record than Phoenix. McRae should immediately slot into the Pistons rotation as they have suffered a number of injuries this season, most recently being the injury to Derrick Rose (ankle) that will sideline him for at least two weeks.
