Rookie Mitch McGary goes off for 19 points in 23 minutes of action

In a win on Sunday over the Los Angeles Clippers, Oklahoma City's Mitch McGary had a double-double (19 points, eight-for-nine from the field and three-for-four from the line, and 10 rebounds), one steal and two turnovers.
Fantasy Impact:
McGary (the 21st pick in the 1st round of the 2014 NBA draft) had a rare opportunity to play some significant minutes while filling in for bench player Anthony Morrow (shoulder) on Sunday and he took full advantage of the situation by scoring close to 20 points in just under 24 minutes of action. He may not be someone you want to acquire just yet in any fantasy leagues, but he is someone you want to keep a close eye on right now since there is no telling if this type of performance will inspire the Thunder to give McGary additional opportunities on the court to prove his worth to the team.
