Roberts struggles from field, but somehow leads Hornets to victory

Brian Roberts struggled from the field again Thursday night, hitting just five of his 13 shots, and only one of his seven three-point attempts. Roberts has struggled to find his stroke since taking over in the starting lineup for the injured Kemba Walker. He is shooting 38 percent from the field and 23 percent from three-point range in his last five games. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
Since taking over for Walker, Roberts is averaging 11 points, 4.6 assists, and 2.8 rebounds and has led Charlotte to a 4-1 record in those games. It hasn't been pretty, but Roberts is getting it done, at least in terms of W's. Fantasy owners were hopeful that Roberts would put up numbers similar to Walkers, but they have been very disappointed. I think Roberts numbers can only improve from here, and owners should give him another week or so before dropping him outright.
