by Sean Fitzpatrick | Mon, May 1st 8:29pm EDT
Paul Pierce finished his illustrious 18-year NBA career on Sunday in Game 7's loss to the Jazz. Pierce finished with six points in 22 minutes while adding three rebounds, one assist, and one steal.
Fantasy Impact:
Pierce ends his career as one of the best Celtics of all-time including one NBA Championship in 2008 alongside Kevin Garnett and Ray Allen. Pierce finishes as a first ballot Hall-of-Famer and 10-time All-Star selection. Pierce played for four NBA teams including the Celtics, Nets, Wizards and the Clippers. Pierce will go down as the "Truth" and one of the best clutch shooters in his era. Pierce will likely sign a one-day deal so he can retire a member of the Celtics.
