Steve Novak has been waived by the Bucks

Steve Novak has been waived by the Bucks in order to make room for Spencer Hawes and Roy Hibbert who were just acquired by trade for Miles Plumlee. Novak has played just 22 minutes all season, but teams may claim him to help them get to the salary cap floor. (Adrian Wojnarowski on Twitter)

Milwaukee will release Steve Novak to clear roster spot to absorb Hawes and Hibbert in Plumlee trade, league sources tell @TheVertical.

Fantasy Impact:

It remains to be seen if Novak will find another team this season but he's always been able to knock down the three-pointer. Even if he gets claimed, he can left on the waiver wire.
