Game Recaps

Jamal Shead scored 11 points (5-7 FG, 1-3 3PT) to go along with six rebounds, 10 assists, two steals and one block in the Raptors 114-110 loss against the Rockets.

Fantasy Impact: Shead recorded the first double-double of his rookie season. He also saw a career-high in minutes off the bench. Shead remains off the fantasy radar as of now, but he is a player to monitor.

Ja'Kobe Walter scored 27 points (9-18 FG, 6-11 3PT, 3-4 FT) to go along with two rebounds and three assists in the Raptors 114-110 loss against the Rockets.

Fantasy Impact: Walter saw another spot start in the absence of RJ Barrett and took advantage of it with the best performance of his rookie season. He remains on the streaming radar in spot starts.

Ochai Agbaji scored 15 points (7-14 FG, 1-3 3PT) to go along with five rebounds, one assist and one steal in the Raptors 114-110 loss against the Rockets.

Fantasy Impact: Agbaji continues to take advantage of an injured Raptors rotation as he remains in the starting lineup. His fantasy upside isn't huge, but he remains a steady producer.

Dillon Brooks scored 27 points (6-12 FG, 2-7 3PT, 13-14 FT) to go along with six rebounds, two assists and three steals in the Rockets 114-110 win over the Raptors.

Fantasy Impact: Brooks took advantage of 14 attempts at the free throw line. He finished just one point shy of his season-high. The lone knock on him were the six turnovers he committed, but it was otherwise a big night for Brooks.

Malik Monk scored 14 points (6-16 FG, 2-9 3PT) to go along with four rebounds, one assist and two blocks in the Kings 122-95 loss against the Pacers.

Fantasy Impact: Monk struggled from deep as did Sacramento as a team in the blowout loss. He'll look to bounce back on Thursday against the Pistons.

DeMar DeRozan scored two points (1-7 FG, 0-1 3PT) to go along with two rebounds and two assists in the Kings 122-95 loss against the Pacers.

Fantasy Impact: The two points scored by DeRozan were a season-low. He has struggled as a shooter over his past handful of games. He'll look to get back on track on Thursday against the Pistons.

Domantas Sabonis scored 17 points (8-22 FG, 1-4 3PT, 0-2 FT) to go along with 21 rebounds, four assists and one steal in the Kings 122-95 loss against the Pacers.

Fantasy Impact: Sabonis posted his 26th double-double on the season with his 21 rebounds on Sunday marking a season-high. He remains a constant source of points and rebounds for fantasy managers.

T.J. McConnell scored 12 points (6-11 FG, 0-1 3PT) to go along with seven rebounds, 10 assists and one steal in the Pacers 122-95 win over the Kings.

Fantasy Impact: McConnell recorded his first double-double on the season. He has scored in double figures in all but one game so far in December as he remains in his sixth-man role.

Jordan Hawkins scored 25 points (9-18 FG, 5-13 3P, 2-2 FT) with a rebound, an assist, and three blocks in the Pelicans' 132-129 overtime loss to the Nuggets on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: When Hawkins gets playing time, he's shown to be a good player. In every game with more than 30 minutes played, he's scored at least 17 points this year. The problem is he just doesn't get consistent minutes, and is therefore hard to trust in fantasy lineups.

Yves Missi scored 21 points (9-12 FG, 0-1 3P, 3-6 FT) with 9 rebounds, an assist, two steals, and three blocks in the Pelicans' 132-129 overtime loss to the Nuggets on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Missi played well in this game and nearly got a double-double, but was one rebound short. Still, he contributed on both ends of the court and has proven himself a capable center despite his youth and rookie status.

Julian Strawther scored 13 points (4-8 FG, 1-5 3P, 4-4 FT) with a rebound, an assist, and a block in the Nuggets' 132-129 overtime win against the Pelicans on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Strawther has been fairly consistent the last couple of weeks. He's scored at least 12 points in five of his last six games to go along with his contributions elsewhere and can be used as a utility play in deeper fantasy league formats.

Aaron Gordon scored 17 points (6-12 FG, 2-4 3P, 3-6 FT) with 8 rebounds, three assists, and a steal in the Nuggets' 132-129 win over the Pelicans on Sunday.

Fantasy Impact: Gordon bounced back nicely after scoring just two points against the Trailblazers earlier in the week. He's had his downs and missed time, but he's getting back into the swing of things.
