| LaMelo Ball is as talented as they come at the point guard position, but persistent ankle issues led to a shortened season followed by ankle surgery in March. The Hornets seem ill-concerned as demonstrated by their offer of a five-year max contract to the 22-year-old. When healthy, Ball is a brilliant facilitator with an assist percentage of 38.7. He sports an impressive rebound and steal percentage as well on his way to 44.8 FPPG. The addition of Brandon Miller should result in even more fast-break opportunities with an increased offensive pace. Ball should flirt with Top 10 return if he stays healthy. Kelly Kirby - FantasyPros | Ja Morant had perhaps the most frustrating fantasy season in recent memory, playing in only 61 games due to a suspension in mid-March and then suffering an injury in the first round of the playoffs. He then incurred a 25-game suspension for "conduct detrimental to the league," which he will serve at the start of the upcoming season. If the suspension didn't exist, Morant would be a second-round pick in most drafts due to his ability to score and dish as well as rack up steals. As it stands, however, he will appear in 57 regular games at most, which should drop him into the double-digit rounds during drafts.
