Rubby De La Rosa could require Tommy John surgery

Fantasy Impact:
De La Rosa has been pitching through a strained elbow, and he was finally shut down over the weekend. He's been limited to 10 starts and 13 total appearances this year. He was more effective than in previous years, but the injury could cost him most or all of 2017 if surgery is required.
