Colby Lewis hit hard in rehab outing

Colby Lewis looked to have a strong start in what was expected to be his final rehab appearance for Double-A Frisco before possibly returning to the Rangers starting rotation this weekend. However, things did not go well as the veteran surrendered five runs on eight hits in just 3 2/3 innings of work on Tuesday night.
Fantasy Impact:
Lewis did throw 41 of his 60 pitches for strikes, but wasn't satisfied with the results. "Of course you don't want to go out and give up runs or give up hits, or anything like that. I kind of feel like I'm still in Spring Training form right now. I just don't feel like I'm very sharp." Lewis' return to the rotation is now up in the air as it's quite possible he will need a third rehab start before rejoining the big club.
