Tim Lincecum designated for assignment

The former Cy Young winner will surely pass through waivers and will then have the option to accept a minor league assignment or become a free agent.
Fantasy Impact:
Lincecum had a solid start to his Angels career, throwing six innings of one run ball against Oakland, but since that start he has posted a 10.58 ERA and 2.63 WHIP in eight starts. This may be the end of the line for LIncecum.
