With the Marlins not needing a fifth starter until after the All-Star Break, the team sent down Justin Nicolino and called up Tomas Telis. Telis has been on fire in Triple-A, especially against left handed pitchers. He should see some time behind the plate and at first base as well as pinch hitting opportunities off the bench.
