Jeremy Guthrie signs with Miami Marlins

Fantasy Impact:
Guthrie will report to Triple-A New Orleans and will serve as rotation depth for the Marlins. The team will likely make a move for a higher-impact starter before the trade deadline, but Guthrie has a decent chance to make a few starts before then. His competition is Paul Clemens and Justin Nicolino.
