Paul Clemens will start on Monday for the Marlins

Fantasy Impact:

Clemens was pitching in Triple-A New Orleans and had a 6-4 record and a 4.30 ERA. It's likely no more than a spot start while the team figures out who can take the fifth spot in the rotation. He's not a recommended streamer.
