Paul Clemens will start on Monday for the Marlins

The Miami Marlins have called up starter Paul Clemens and he will make Monday's start against the Colorado Rockies. (Clark Spencer on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Clemens was pitching in Triple-A New Orleans and had a 6-4 record and a 4.30 ERA. It's likely no more than a spot start while the team figures out who can take the fifth spot in the rotation. He's not a recommended streamer.
