Pat Dean turns in strong start versus Red Sox

Twins SP Pat Dean kept the Red Sox in check over 6 1/3 innings on Sunday, allowing only three hits and one run. Dean struck out three and walked four, but managed to limit the damage against a scary offense.
Fantasy Impact:
Pat Dean improved his season ERA from 4.75 to 4.17, but did not factor in the decision as the Twins needed all nine innings to win. Even with the strong start on Sunday, it's still far too early to trust Dean in both daily and year-long leagues.
