Jerry Sands hits a HR in the DH spot on Wednesday

Jerry Sands saw his first game at DH for the White Sox on Wednesday. The 28-year-old did not disappoint them, as he knocked in two insurance runs with his two-run HR in the seventh. Sands finished 1-for-4 with a run and two RBI.
Fantasy Impact:
Sands has no fantasy value since he rarely sees at-bats. He is not known for power and is a career .238 hitter. At best he could be a minimum-salary, punt play in DFS when in the lineup.
