Justin Ruggiano doubles in debut

Justin Ruggiano got the start Wednesday over Delino DeShields with a lefty on the mound for the Mariners and Ruggiano delivered. Justin went 1-for-4 with a RBI double but struck out once.
Fantasy Impact:
Ruggiano is expected to get spot starts throughout the first month when a lefty starts against the Rangers. The Rangers will play the match ups with Ruggiano and DeShields until Josh Hamilton returns. As for Ruggiano, it is good to see him step up when given the opportunity, but as a rotational player it will be hard to depend on him for your fantasy team. He is more of a late scratch DFS fill in.
