Brewers sign Will Middlebrooks to minor league contract

Fantasy Impact:
Middlebrook played 83 games for the Padres last season batting only .212 with nine home runs and 29 runs batted in. Middlebrooks could have a chance for regular playing time for the Brewers this season at third base where he will be competing with fellow pickup Garin Cecchini.
