Jack Kochanowicz shelled for six runs Friday

Angels right-hander Jack Kochanowicz was hit hard in a loss to the Astros on Friday, allowing six earned runs on six hits and three walks while striking out just one over 4.2 innings. Kochanowicz was chased during a fifth-inning rally and charged with three additional runs when reliever Garrett McDaniels allowed an inherited bases-loaded grand slam.
Fantasy Impact:
Kochanowicz imploded Friday, surrendering six runs with only one strikeout. His season ERA jumped to 5.74, and his extremely low K-rate makes him far too volatile for fantasy use.
