Mark Leiter Jr. recorded one out to earn his first save of the season Wednesday.
Fantasy Impact:
Leiter came on in relief of Devin Williams, who allowed three earned runs and threw 33 pitches to record two outs. Fantasy managers should expect Williams to remain the Yankees' closer.
