The Nationals placed right-hander Michael Soroka on the 15-day injured list Friday due to a right biceps strain, reports Mark Zuckerman of MASNSports.com. The issue forced Soroka out of his first start of the season and was initially termed a cramp, but is now confirmed as a strain requiring an IL stint. (Mark Zuckerman)
Fantasy Impact:
Soroka heads to the IL with a biceps strain and will miss at least two weeks. Given his significant injury history, this is concerning. He can be dropped in shallower leagues but is worth stashing on the IL in deeper formats.
