Ketel Marte lands six-year extension with Diamondbacks

Fantasy Impact:
Marte gets locked up through the 2030 season with a player option in 2031. The deal includes a guarantee of $116,500,000 with a total value of $149,500,000 if salary escalator thresholds are reached. This was the expectation and it is now official for the All-Star second baseman.
