Kyle Hart set to open season in Padres' rotation

Hart and Randy Vasquez secured the final two spots in the Padres' rotation. Despite posting a 9.39 ERA over 7.2 innings in spring training, Hart did enough to beat out Stephen Kolek for the final spot.
