Jordan Montgomery will undergo Tommy John surgery next week, ruling him out for the 2025 season and part of 2026. (Nick Piecoro on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact:
Montgomery was set to open the season in the bullpen and was looking to rebound after posting a 6.23 ERA over 117 innings last year. He is expected to return to the mound sometime in 2026.
