Reid Detmers to begin season in Angels bullpen

Fantasy Impact:
Detmers had been competing against Jack Kochanowicz for the final spot in the Angels' rotation. However, Kochanowicz won the job, and Detmers is expected to work out of the bullpen as a long reliever.
