The Rays sent Jake Mangum to Triple-A Durham on Wednesday, per team updates, alongside Kameron Misner and Chandler Simpson, missing a backup outfield spot. (Rays Communications)

The Tampa Bay Rays have optioned C Logan Driscoll, OF Jake Mangum, OF Kameron Misner, RHP Cole Sulser and RHP Jacob Waguespack to Triple-A Durham. Additionally, C Kenny Piper, OF Chandler Simpson and INF Carson Williams have been reassigned to minor league camp.

Fantasy Impact:

Mangum’s .317/.357/.442 line with 6 homers and 20 steals over 428 plate appearances at Durham in 2024 earned 40-man roster protection, but he’s back to Triple-A Wednesday, still awaiting his MLB debut.
