Blake Perkins was cleared for light baseball work Saturday, per team updates, after fracturing his right shin in late February batting practice, sidelining him past the season’s start. (Sophia Minnaert)

• Brandon Woodruff will start tomorrow and José Quintana will follow for his first Cactus League game. Quintana plans to go three innings, Pat Murphy said.
• Blake Perkins has been cleared to begin light work and baseball activities rehabbing his right shin.
