Uh-oh. A few hours after news Stephenson to open on IL, Reds backup catcher Jose Trevino leaves game after a foul tip hits him on hand. No word yet on severity.

Fantasy Impact:

Trevino took a foul tip off his hand Friday. Although the severity has yet to be determined, it would be a big blow if Trevino was forced to miss any time considering the Reds are already without starting catcher Tyler Stephenson.
