Tonkin’s last outing was Feb. 28 against the Orioles—one run on two hits and a walk with a strikeout in two-thirds of an inning—and after a 2024 split between the Twins, Yankees, and Mets (4-4, 3.63 ERA, 1.26 WHIP, two saves, 85:30 K:BB in 79.1 innings), he’s aiming to pitch again post-checkup. Fantasy managers in deeper leagues can hold off; his relief role’s on pause.
