Scott Effross exits with apparent leg injury

Scott Effross was removed from Tuesday’s Grapefruit League game against the Twins after throwing just one pitch, Greg Joyce of the New York Post reports.
Fantasy Impact:
Effross appeared to grab at his hamstring area before walking off the mound with a trainer. The Yankees have yet to provide an official update on his status, but any setback is concerning for the right-hander, who is working his way back after missing all of 2023 following Tommy John surgery. His role in the bullpen remains uncertain, and his availability for the start of the season could be in jeopardy depending on the severity of the injury.
