Dairon Blanco set for MRI after being scratched Monday

Dairon Blanco (Achilles) will undergo an MRI on Tuesday, Anne Rogers of MLB.com reports.
Fantasy Impact:
Blanco was scratched from Monday’s game against the Athletics, and while initial X-rays came back negative, the Royals are proceeding with further testing to ensure no underlying issues. The 31-year-old is competing for a reserve outfield role this spring after posting a .258/.308/.392 slash line with four homers and 13 RBI in 132 plate appearances last season. His speed remains his biggest asset, but any lingering Achilles issues could impact his ability to contribute effectively on the basepaths.
