Royals right-hander James McArthur's elbow rehab is expected to last all spring and into the first part of the season, likely pushing him into a May/June return timetable. (MLB.com)

McArthur had two screws put into his elbow to stabilize an olecranon fracture this offseason and appears set to miss notable time to begin the season. The 28-year-old posted a 4.92 ERA in 57 appearances in 2024, notching 18 saves in the process.
