Cuddyer had a platoon advantage in the series opener with the Dodgers, but he faced one of the best pitchers in Clayton Kershaw. He finished 0-for-3 with a strikeout.
Fantasy Impact:
Cuddyer will continue to get at-bats because he has a .273 batting average against left-handed pitchers. Overall, he's been a disappointment in his first year with the Mets. He has a .259 batting average with only 10 homeruns for the year.
