The Cubs and Yankees have reportedly expressed interest in free agent reliever Brooks Raley. (The Athletic)
Fantasy Impact:
Raley is still recovering from Tommy John surgery last May, so he'll likely be ready to pitch in the middle of this season. He may land a two-year deal as a result with him likely not being rushed back this year.
