The Tigers and Casey Mize avoided arbitration, agreeing to a one-year, $2.34 million contract.
Fantasy Impact:
Mize had his team option declined after last season. He struggled last year, posting a 4.49 ERA across 102 1/3 innings. He remains nothing more than a late-round flier for fantasy managers.
