Eli Morgan agrees to terms with Cubs

Agreed to terms: Julian Merryweather, Matt Thaiss, Keegan Thompson

Tendered contracts: Eli Morgan, Isaac Paredes, Nate Pearson, Justin Steele.

Non-tendered: Nick Madrigal, Mike Tauchman

Fantasy Impact:

Morgan was acquired from Cleveland earlier in the week and has now agreed to terms with the Cubs. He figures to pitch in a high leverage role for the Cubs in 2025.
