The Reds fell to the New York Mets on Thursday by the score of 6-4. Although the Reds got 11 hits, lead off mean Jason Bourgeois struggled, going 0-for-5 with four strikeouts. He's now batting .239 for the season.

Bourgeois has struck out eight times in his last four starts. He has only eight extra-base hits in 163 at-bats and has an OPS of .637. Bourgeois is seeing plenty of playing time these final weeks of the season, but isn't producing enough to have significant fantasy value.
