Cade Povich's effort not enough in Orioles' loss

Cade Povich delivered a mixed performance in Saturday's 6-4 loss to the Tigers, allowing two earned runs on just two hits and three walks while striking out seven over five innings.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite showing some control issues with the walks, Povich managed to limit the damage and rack up strikeouts, which has been a silver lining in an otherwise challenging season. With a season ERA now slightly improved but still high at 5.59 and a WHIP of 1.50, Povich remains a risky fantasy option. His ability to strike out batters at a decent rate (8.1 K/9) does offer some value in deeper leagues or formats that heavily reward strikeouts, but his overall inconsistency makes him a less desirable choice in standard formats.
