Whit Merrifield diagnosed with left foot fracture

Whit Merrifield has been diagnosed with a left foot fracture. He is hopeful to return to the lineup around September 13. (Gabe Burns on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Merrifield suffered the injury after fouling a ball of his left foot on Friday. Luke Williams will like see the bulk of the playing time at second base until Merrifield returns.
