The Cardinals have recalled Ivan Herrera from Triple-A Memphis. (Cardinals on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Herrera will take the roster spot of the injured Willson Contreras and serve as the backup to Pedro Pages. The 24-year-old had a .279 average, with three home runs, and 19 RBI in his earlier stint with the Cardinals this season.
