Victor Vodnik (bicep) lands on IL

The Rockies have placed Victor Vodnik on the 15-day IL with right bicep inflammation. (Rockies Club Information on Twitter)

The Colorado Rockies announced the following moves today:

- Selected the contract of RHP Jeff Criswell from Triple-A Albuquerque.
- Placed RHP Victor Vodnik on the 15-day injured list, retroactive to Aug. 19, with right bicep inflammation.

The Rockies’ 40-man roster is full.

Fantasy Impact:

There is no official timeline for Vodnik’s return, but he appears to have avoided a major injury. Jeff Criswell will join the roster in a corresponding move.
