Joshua Palacios activated from IL, optioned

The Pirates activated Joshua Palacios from the injured list and optioned him to Triple-A.
Fantasy Impact:
Palacios had been sidelined the past few weeks. Billy McKinney will be with the Pirates in the majors instead of Palacios.
