The Phillies have selected the contract of Tyler Gilbert from Triple-A Lehigh Valley. (Phillies on Twitter )

Gilbert will join the roster Saturday as a replacement for Tyler Phillips, who was optioned to Triple-A. Gilbert has a 2.45 ERA and a 1.03 WHIP in 26 games in Triple-A.
