The Diamondbacks have activated Blake Walston (elbow) from the IL and optioned him to Triple-A Reno. (Diamondbacks on Twitter )
Fantasy Impact:
Walston will head to the minors as the Diamondbacks currently do not have a spot open in their rotation. He will likely remain the next man up should Arizona suffer another injury to their rotation.
